Practical, personalized support for families navigating care in Virginia. Choose the level of support that fits your situation, from a single question to ongoing coordination.
All services are provided by phone or email only. The person receiving care must live in Virginia. Family members arranging services may live anywhere.
Before You Purchase
Paid services are not open for online purchase yet. You can book a free discovery call or email us to discuss which service fits. Payment and paid appointment links will be available when setup is complete.
Payment is due before services begin.
All fees are non-refundable.
Monthly services renew automatically until canceled.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
Unused hours or email questions do not roll over.
Clients can cancel monthly services by email at any time. Canceling is as easy as signing up.
If a paid service cannot be delivered, the client receives a credit toward another service, valid for 12 months.
When paid booking opens, payment will be completed through our secure payment processor before services begin.
After payment, you will receive a link to a short intake form. This form collects logistical information only — please do not include medical diagnoses, medication lists, or symptoms.

Caregiver Resource Plan
$175
Short intake form, a 30-minute phone consult, and a personalized written resource plan delivered within 3 business days by email as a PDF. Covers provider search (home care agencies, adult day programs, transportation, meal delivery). Dementia resource track available.

90-Day Care Coordination Package
$350
One 30-minute phone consult, a written care plan within 3 business days, plus 90 days of email support (up to 2 questions per week, 48-hour response time). Includes resource research, non-medical service arrangement guidance, shared calendar setup, and task tracking.

Ask a Care Coordinator
$50 per question
Email only. Client submits a question through the website and receives a detailed written response within 48 hours. Covers resources, logistics, care coordination, and caregiver support. No medical advice.

Family Check-In Calls
$99/month
Four weekly 20-30 minute social phone calls with the older adult, plus a written summary sent to the family after each call. No health questions are asked. If something is concerning: notify the family, call 911 for emergencies, and call Virginia Adult Protective Services at 1-888-832-3858 for neglect or abuse concerns. Monthly subscription renews until canceled.
These are social check-in calls only and do not include assessment, monitoring, health questions, or care decisions.

Call length: 20–30 minutes each
Automatic Renewal Terms
This service renews automatically at $99 per month until canceled. You may cancel by email at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Unused calls do not roll over to the next month. Canceling is as easy as signing up.
Caregiver Coaching Call

A 30-minute phone call on caregiver stress, burnout prevention, boundary-setting, and coping strategies, followed by a written summary within 24 hours. Optional 3-session package: $325.
